Echelon was formed in 2006 and is based in San Rafael,
California. We deal with a broad array of employee benefit
issues and problems for California-based employers and
individuals. We help employers select an appropriate and
cost-effective package of group health and welfare benefits,
provide the brokerage services to obtain those benefits, and
guide the employer through the compliance maze of ERISA and the
Internal Revenue Code. We help employers design, and in
appropriate cases, administer, retirement plans to meet many
types of objectives. This could mean enhanced benefits for the
key employee group or the straightforward, but never ending,
search for a better and simpler retirement program for all
employees. We help individuals sort through complex health care
coverage issues, and then help them obtain the right policy at
reasonable cost.Our principal mission is to bring as much
helpful information to our clients as possible in a form that is
usable, and to continue to do that over time as circumstances
